Excellent location, on the main street of downtown Brindisi, not far from the waterfront. Very good breakfast in a large, well-appointed room. Good prices too. I booked an economy solo room and the girl at the desk said I might find it too small, but it was fine. I'd definitely recommend Hotel Orientale to anyone passing through Brindisi.
Hotel: very old and dated, rooms/decor are functional. No facilities beyond the basic. This is no better than 2/3 star hotel.
Service: excellent - staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
Location: Perfect location. 5 mins from the waterfront on foot. A short, very pleasant walk from the train station.

The location is perfect, the service was incredible.
We got early access to our hotel room; we asked for opening the sofa for us to use as a bed, we got immediate response.
